Service Terms

By engaging Southeast Terrain Solutions for excavation, drainage, grading, or related services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All work is performed according to local building codes and regulations in Cleveland, TN and surrounding areas.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Actual costs may vary if site conditions differ from initial evaluation. Any additional work will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Liability Limitations

Southeast Terrain Solutions is licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the scope of work agreed upon in the project contract. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage resulting from factors outside our control.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through direct communication between the parties. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through mediation in Bradley County, Tennessee.
